The basics of this information platform have been brought together by attorney lic. iur. David Horák. They rely on science and judicature as well as his extensive experience as a litigation lawyer.

After having completed his studies at the University of Zurich, David Horák worked at the District Court in Uster, at the Commercial Court of Canton Zurich as well as at the Superior Court.

After being admitted to the Zurich bar in 2000, he worked for the well-known law firm Beglinger Holenstein which mainly dealt with commercial issues. In 2006 he became a self-employed partner at solitors Korach Simonius Hayer in Zurich.

In 2011 he founded his own law firm in Zurich-Seefeld which specializes in litigation.

In the area of asset management David Horák repeatedly and successfully has conducted civil court proceedings on behalf of injured investors. He has also defended unjustified claims against asset managers.

He represents private investors and asset managers in all the Swiss courts. When it comes to special issues he consults with trusted experts from the taxation and finance sector.
